By using Sawda’s platform and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Sawda provides access to trade intelligence data, AI analysis, and communication tools for importers, exporters, and trade professionals.
We may update or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
-Use Sawda for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Scrape, copy, or resell data obtained from Sawda.
- Interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of Sawda.
- Violate any applicable export control or trade laws.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
- All content, algorithms, and data presentation on Sawda are owned by Sawda, Inc.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload.
- You may use Sawda’s data and reports for internal business use only.
- Reproduction or distribution of data for resale is prohibited without written consent.
- Sawda operates on a subscription model.
- Fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or equivalent.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.
- All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Cancellation:
You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the current billing period ends.
- Sawda may connect with third-party services (e.g., Gmail, HubSpot, Zapier).
- You authorize Sawda to interact with those services on your behalf as needed.
- Sawda is not liable for actions, outages, or data handling by third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Sawda is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of trade data.
- Sawda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawda, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the platform,
- Your breach of these Terms, or
- Your violation of applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms,
- Misuse trade data, or
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your access is revoked, and data may be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Sawda after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
